Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of materials. Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking. Design and optimize warehouse layouts to improve workflow and productivity. Manage logistics routes and supply chains to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Lean Production certification. Personal management and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of IATF16949 standard and IOS documentation. Work Environment: The Warehouse Operations Manager will be based at our Cienega de Flores - Soft Plant location.
