About Santex & the Delivery Manager Role At Santex , we design and deliver high-quality technology solutions with a strong focus on innovation, people, and impact. As we expand within the Financial Services vertical, we’re seeking a Delivery Manager to lead our client success strategy, oversee multiple delivery teams, and act as a strategic partner in growing our presence in the sector. The Delivery Manager is a client-facing, cross-functional leadership role responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery, strong client partnerships, and continuous business development. This role will report directly to the Head Delivery Manager and oversee a team of Delivery Leads . It requires a high-performing leader with experience managing multicultural and distributed teams for corporate clients , driving technical initiatives, and fostering a people-first, innovation-driven culture. Responsibilities Act as the key point of contact for existing clients within the Financial Services vertical. Drive account farming initiatives to expand business with current clients. Understand client needs, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with sales and account management teams. Lead multiple delivery teams and ensure projects are executed within agreed standards and methodologies. Allocate resources effectively based on project needs and technical capabilities. Partner with HR and Recruiting to onboard and integrate new talent. Establish and nurture a robust leadership structure within the delivery team. Mentor team leads, support their development, and set clear performance expectations. Encourage a growth mindset and continuous improvement culture. Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Evaluate and refine delivery processes to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Promote adoption of best practices and compliance with ISO and Santex quality standards. Champion innovation by introducing new frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Technical & Cultural Leadership Stay updated on software development trends and act as a technical advisor for the team. Promote and embody Santex values both internally and externally. Promote team engagement with the organization and company strategies. Help define our strategy and foundational practices for incorporating AI into our services and internal processes. Periodically validate account margins and cost structures to ensure financial health. Lead negotiations to improve profitability over time.Monitor and address potential financial issues with the appropriate internal stakeholders. Promote office activities and in-person gatherings. Participate in events held at the office. Welcome all new hires on their first day at Santex, regardless of the account or project they are assigned to. Take part in the Cultural Fit stage of recruitment processes for CDMX candidates (for any account). Identify and manage needs related to office use and facilities, and serve as the liaison with other staff areas of the company. Support onboarding, cultural engagement, and administrative processes for employees in CDMX. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager , or equivalent leadership role in technology delivery. Strong client relationship and account growth skills with a consultative mindset. Exceptional team leadership experience with a track record of motivating high-performing, distributed teams. Vast experience working in a corporate environment. Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Creative problem-solver with experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data-driven decision-making ability and results-oriented mindset. Up-to-date understanding of software technologies and openness to new solutions. Preferred certifications: PMP , CSM , or equivalent. Experience managing multicultural and remote teams.
