Responsibilities The Opportunity Payroll Assistant Your Impact Responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll processes (e.g., overtime, shift payments, commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.). Oversees payroll-specific records processing and maintenance (Changes in wage/salary rates, etc.). Maintains payroll data verification and administration for fleet operators. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor diploma or equivalent required. Basic understanding of payroll processes (earnings, deductions, taxes, overtime, benefits). Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, or similar). 0–2 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, accounting, or clerical/administrative roles. Experience handling confidential employee information is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. Good communication and customer service skills. Organization and time‑management skills, especially during payroll deadlines. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
