Installation Coordinator The Installation Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our automotive and/or fleet verticals by ensuring the smooth and efficient installation of our solutions for our clients. This individual will be driven, customer‑centric, and adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills to meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Installation Coordination: Manage and oversee the installation process of fleet and/or automotive management solutions, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule installations, considering client availability and resource allocation. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, escalating to technical teams when necessary. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation activities, client interactions, and any issues encountered, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed solutions, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the technology. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve installation processes and enhance client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. Qualifications: Experience: 0-1 year in a similar role, preferably within the fleet management or automotive industry. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management systems, telematics, and related technologies is preferred.
