Requirements Strong networking in industrial food, service, and retail sectors Advanced-Fluent English level About our client Global Company focused in dairy products and one of the most relevant leaders in the industry Description The main responsibilities are: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the industrial food, service, and retail sectors; Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones; Create and manage an international business development pipeline; Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; Foster a collaborative and results-driven team; Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and forecasts; Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; Support marketing efforts, including attending trade fairs; Ensure good communication between sales, customer service and manufacturing sites; Perform other duties as required. Profile University degree in a related field; Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the dairy industry; Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a global market; Strong understanding of international market dynamics and business practices; Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Organizational skills and resourcefulness; Mandatory travel includes Mexico Ability to manage schedules and priorities; Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
