Power Fertility has IVF clinical facilities with world-class embryology laboratories. Power Fertility is the clinical unit of IVF USA and clinics affiliated with Costa Fertility and Surrogacy. IVF USA also provides fertility treatments through partner clinics outside the United Statesand Mexico, including Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Malaysia, Argentina, and Colombia Role Description IVF USA is seeking a Directorof Operations inMexico City. As the Directorof Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations within the clinic, including managing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, fertility, and hospital management. Proven success in managing operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams Familiar with the IVF fertility industry and has local surrogacy, egg donation resources, network, and legal procedure Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Spanish Experience with Assisted Reproductive Technology or the IVF industry is a strong plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
