TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts — you'll create content that makes people stop scrolling and start downloading our apps. This isn't a passive internship where you watch from the sidelines. You'll be shooting, editing, and publishing 3 videos per day from day one. Volume is the strategy. If you live on TikTok and can turn an app demo into a viral moment on a tight turnaround, this role is for you. What You'll Do Create and publish 3 short-form videos per day across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Film app demos, screen recordings, and product walkthroughs that feel native to each platform. Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and hooks — and adapt them to Sero Labs content. Edit all content independently (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar). Create compelling thumbnails and cover images. Optimize content for each platform's algorithm (hooks, captions, hashtags, posting times). Track performance metrics and iterate based on what works. Build and maintain a content calendar to sustain daily output. What We're Looking For Active personal content creation (TikTok, Reels, YouTube — even a small following counts). Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Deep understanding of short-form video platforms and their algorithms. Ability to shoot clean video with a smartphone. Extremely fast execution — you can ideate, shoot, edit, and post multiple times per day. Currently enrolled in university or recently graduated. Creative instinct for what makes people watch, like, and share. Comfortable with high-volume output without sacrificing quality. Nice to Have Portfolio or links to content you've created. Experience creating tech or app-related content. Basic motion graphics or animation skills. English proficiency for bilingual content. Understanding of paid social content (what converts vs. what entertains). What We Offer Paid internship with real responsibilities (not coffee runs).
