We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Video Editor to drive performance across marketplace platforms — primarily Amazon (95%) and Walmart. This role is critical to scaling high-converting video content across hundreds of product listings. You will be responsible for producing listing videos, Sponsored Brand Video ads (SBV), Amazon DSP creatives, and marketplace-specific content that educates shoppers, highlights product benefits, and improves conversion at every stage of the funnel. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, and E-commerce teams to ensure all video assets are optimized for performance, compliant with platform requirements, and aligned with campaign goals. Responsibilities Edit High-Impact Marketplace Videos Create polished, conversion-focused listing videos and ads using internal and external assets, tailored to Amazon and Walmart shopper behavior. Amazon-Specific Video Production Develop and optimize content for: Main Listing Videos Sponsored Brand Video (SBV) Ads Amazon DSP Video Ads A+ Content Video ModulesEnsure all assets meet Amazon’s technical and content guidelines. Walmart Marketplace Adaptation Edit and adapt content to meet Walmart marketplace video requirements and formats. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with E-commerce, Creative, and Growth teams to align content with: Listing strategy Keyword targeting Campaign performance goals Fast Turnaround Execution Deliver high-quality edits quickly to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing optimization. Performance-Driven Iteration Analyze metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS , and iterate on video creatives based on A/B testing and feedback. Content Repurposing & Adaptation Reformat and adapt existing assets across formats (e.g., vertical to horizontal) and marketplace specifications. Qualifications 3–5+ years of Amazon video editing experience (A must) Proven experience editing for: Amazon listings, Sponsored Brand Video (SBV), Amazon DSP creatives Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce / marketplace video work (A must) Deep understanding of: Amazon video policies, Technical specifications (formats, resolution, duration), Conversion-focused best practices Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with After Effects (motion graphics, text overlays) is a strong plus Ability to create conversion-focused content (not just aesthetic) Experience working in high-volume content environments Familiarity with Amazon shopper behavior and purchase funnel Experience analyzing and iterating based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) Ability to adapt content across multiple formats and placements Comfortable using or learning AI tools for video workflows Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) Walmart marketplace experience (Nice to have) Storyboarding and content planning experience (Nice to have) Experience concepting product-focused narratives (Nice to have) What we're looking for E-commerce mindset — understands how to capture attention and communicate value within seconds Detail-oriented — ensures strict compliance with platform guidelines Team-oriented — thrives in cross-functional collaboration Strong communication skills (critical for remote work) Fast learner with growth mindset, especially around AI tools High ownership & accountability Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Comfortable in high-output, fast-paced environments Reliable and proactive communicator Access to a$200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
