Full Stack Engineer

Overview We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Operations Support Team - helping us build and maintain high-performance digital solutions that power our business. You’ll work across our eCommerce platform , internal mobile apps , and external user-facing systems , designing and improving scalable APIs, cloud services, and UI features. If you’re a self-driven, collaborative problem-solver who enjoys working on modern, cloud-based systems in a fast-paced environment - we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, etc.) Design and implement scalable , maintainable , and high-performance software solutions Develop and support both backend and frontend systems (APIs, data queries, UIs) Write clean, modular code and follow best practices across the stack Team Culture Embrace and reflect our core values through teamwork and communication Collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help build a healthy engineering culture Contribute to OKRs , quarterly themes, and initiatives aligned with company goals You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot 3+ years working with Microservices architecture 2+ years with Docker or Container-D 2+ years of Agile development experience 2+ years developing REST and GraphQL APIs 1+ years with DevOps tools (GitHub, CircleCI) 1+ years with Node.js Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) Nice-to-haves: Experience with AWS , Google Cloud Platform , or Azure Knowledge of Snowflake , Terraform , or asynchronous/ReactiveX programming Multi-threaded programming experience Willingness to work across the full stack as needed Why Join Us We value curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
