In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Direct Interaction sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective the main functions that are part of this journey. Within the area, our Consumer Care teams work dynamically to offer the best aftersales services to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands. What you'll do: As a Service Engineer , you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and operational support to ensure service readiness and excellence. They are a key technical authority responsible for managing service platforms and ensuring robust data governance across all service systems. This role oversees the accuracy and integrity of product and spare parts registration, maintains service materials, and leads the creation and deployment of technical content for new projects. Acting as a systems expert, the Service Engineer ensures that processes and platforms operate seamlessly to support service readiness and operational excellence. In detail, you will: Administer and optimize service platforms, ensuring accurate technical content updates and compliance with governance standards. Maintain service manuals, parts catalogs, and product portfolios, guaranteeing consistency with global documentation standards. Oversee registration of models and spare parts across ERP, CRM, and service platforms, validating data accuracy and enforcing governance protocols. Serve as the subject matter expert for service-related processes, ensuring system integrity and compliance during platform enhancements or integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service readiness for new product introductions, providing technical input and tracking milestones. Lead creation and upload of service materials and registration processes for new products and parts to guarantee timely availability. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are: You have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management or a related field. Proven experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and service platforms. Strong understanding of data governance principles and technical documentation standards. Intermediate proficiency in English. Where you'll be: You will be based at the Tlalnepantla office. Located in the metropolitan area of Mexico City, this office plays a key role in Electrolux’s operations in the North of Latin America, supporting commercial, logistics, and service functions.
