Our team is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping families create millions, if not billions of tiny wins.**SUMMARY**We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive cohesive, consumer‐first storytelling across Kids2’s social and digital ecosystem. This role plays a key part in bringing our enterprise story to life on social channels—connecting brands, products, and moments through engaging content that supports both brand building and e‐commerce growth.The Social Media Specialist will support the planning, creation, publishing, and analysis of social media content that strengthens engagement and builds community across our global ecosystem of parents, partners, and people. Social content and campaigns will generate excitement, reinforce a unified narrative, and guide audiences toward deeper connection with Kids2 and its brands—ultimately supporting sales while elevating enterprise value.This highly cross‐functional role ensures alignment of social media storytelling across Kids2 and its brands across the globe, partnering closely with Category, Social, Communications, Sales, E‐commerce, and Creative teams so that campaigns and digital experiences reflect a shared direction.The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and detail‐oriented, with a passion for social media and global brand storytelling. They bring ideas to life through strong content execution, data‐informed decision making, and a test‐and‐learn mindset, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Execute and optimize social media content that translates the Kids2 enterprise strategy into compelling, insight‐led storytelling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).* Develop, publish, and maintain social posts, stories, and short‐form videos that consistently pull forward the Kids2 enterprise story, with an emphasis on building visibility, trust, and relevance across brands, regions, and channels.* Own day‐to‐day social content execution, including scheduling, basic copywriting, asset trafficking, and quality control—ensuring clarity, consistency, and connection to brand and campaign objectives.* Help maintain and optimize the global social media calendar and process to drive alignment across departments, brands, and regions, ensuring coordinated storytelling and efficient execution.* Partner with Category, E‐commerce, and Sales to ensure social content supports promotional calendars, priority products, key moments, and retailer/marketplace initiatives.* Support the development of copy, visuals, that bring collaborations, launches, milestones, and initiatives to life across social channels.* Support influencer and creator initiatives, including research, coordination, content tracking, and reporting, ensuring creator content aligns within Kids2 guardrails and campaign objectives.* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions, acting as a central point of coordination for social needs, connecting ideas, surfacing opportunities, and driving alignment.* Monitor social channel performance and assist with analytics and reporting, translating data into insights and recommendations that inform optimization and continuous improvement.* Track industry trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices, sharing learnings to inspire new content ideas, formats, and engagement strategies.* Maintain organized libraries of social assets, copy, and content archives to support efficiency, brand consistency, and reuse across markets and channels.* Collaborate cross‐functionally to explore new ideas, channels, formats, and approaches that strengthen engagement, community, and connection with parents and caregivers.**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*** 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications (consumer products preferred)* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.* Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.* Familiarity with marketing and design platforms, like Canva and Constant Contact* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with proven ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and tools.* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments.* Passion for global brand storytelling and helping partners express and extend the brand authentically and creatively.* Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple projects.* Ability to execute and excel in high-paced organization.* Team player mindset with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.**EDUCATION & SKILLS*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* Strong communication, organizational, and presentation design skills.* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize direction into compelling stories and stories.* Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing storytelling across digital and partner channels.* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
