About the role The Junior Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent while building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline aligned with client needs. This role supports the broader recruiting team by ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates. Typically, the Junior Sourcer manages one or more client accounts, sourcing for a variety of roles and specialized skill sets as defined by the client. Location: Mexico City Model of work: Hybrid (3 days office work) This role is a 6-month fixed‑term contract. What you’ll be doing - Develops comprehensive role specific sourcing strategies to meet program requirements including search, engagement, personalization, content creation, etc. - Executes creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify passive and active talent pools. - Builds relationships with candidates to drive effective referrals and networking strategies to identify top talent. - May conduct phone screens with candidates and determines advancement in process. - Serves as key point of contact for guidance on industry best practices and client specific training to less experience team members. - Reviews and presents market landscape and competitor analysis to program teams. - Forecasts future hiring needs and proactive sourcing potential hires. - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. About you Education and experience requirements: - One (1) year of sourcing or recruiting experience. - Previous experience utilizing a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred. Knowledge, skills & abilities: - Fluency in English and Spanish required. - Experience leading and/or mentoring others. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. - Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles, best practices, and standards of recruiting. - Advanced proficiency with electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards. - Expert knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and industry associations/niche web sites. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
