We are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and shape the organization’s people strategy at a national level. This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of driving cultural transformation, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, and building a high-performance organization prepared for sustained growth and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, with a proven track record in organizational development, workforce planning, and modern HR leadership. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s comprehensive people strategy , ensuring alignment with long‑term business objectives. Drive organizational transformation through cultural development, leadership programs, and strategic workforce planning. Lead Talent Acquisition , People Development , Total Rewards , Employee Relations , and Organizational Effectiveness functions. Advise the Executive Committee on key workforce trends, change management, and future‑of‑work initiatives. Build a strong leadership pipeline and promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence. Develop compensation, benefits, and retention strategies that attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, as well as ethical business practices. Act as a trusted strategic partner to business units, enabling data‑driven HR decision‑making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred. Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience , with at least 5 years in a C‑level or senior executive role . Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale organizational transformation, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. Strong command of labor legislation, compliance, and people operations best practices. Proven ability to build and lead diverse, high‑impact teams. Advanced English (mandatory); bilingual proficiency preferred. Availability for national and international travel. Core Competencies Strategic vision and business acumen.
