Food and Beverage Manager

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast‑paced, high‑end establishment. Responsibilities - Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service - Managing all food and beverage operations - Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service. - Addressing complaints, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
