We are seeking an Onshore medical supervisor to coordinate offshore doctors, manage onsite occupational health care, support wellness programs, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Responsibilities Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical evaluations. Manage medical records and reports in compliance with regulations. Implement health, vaccination, and prevention campaigns. Coordinate transfers and referrals to hospitals when necessary. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. Maintain inventory and control of first-aid kits, medications, and medical equipment. Monitor and report out on Health performance indicators to deliver defined KPIs. Assess, treat and case manage occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Liaise with third party contractors as needed to ensure appropriate adherence to MODEC Health policies. Lead testing or screening programs (ergonomic assessments, industrial hygiene assessments, alcohol and drug testing, etc) as per regulation and client requirements. Conduct health surveys and audits offshore. To provide offshore team supervision & support. Requirements Medical Doctor degree and professional license (mandatory). Over 6 years of experience in occupational health, offshore, or onsite onshore environments. Current BLS/ACLS certifications (preferred). Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., applicable NOMs). Emergency management, triage, and stabilization skills. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the energy, oil & gas/offshore, manufacturing, or construction industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
