Manage and oversee complex claims, including high-value and multi‑stakeholder matters. Represent clients before courts, CONDUSEF, CNSF, and arbitration panels. Draft legal opinions, strategy documents, and coverage analyses with precision and clarity. Lead or support subrogation, recoveries, and negotiation processes with insured parties and third parties. Coordinate with adjusters, brokers, reinsurers, and technical experts to build case strategies. Provide regulatory advice related to insurance operations, compliance, and market practices. Manage several active claims simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Support business development initiatives and contribute to internal knowledge management. Perfil buscado Law degree with a solid academic background; postgraduate studies in insurance or litigation is a plus. 4-8 years of experience handling insurance or reinsurance claims, litigation, or regulatory matters. Strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, coverage disputes, and claims management. Experience dealing with complex sectors (e.g., energy, transportation, infrastructure, aviation, financial lines). Excellent legal writing, research skills, and ability to build persuasive legal arguments. Strong written and spoken English (client‑facing level).
