Description The Role Provide leadership, direction, advice and guidance to a team of professionals in order to ensure that all service levels, revenue targets and margins are achieved Contribute to the development of skills and provide coaching within the broking community to ensure the relevant capabilities are in place Ensure that quality and compliance procedures and processes within the broking, claims and operations teams are adhered to, meeting internal and external regulations In conjunction with work teams: Contribute to the development of products and/or placement strategies, in collaboration with the Strategic Risk Consulting team, in order to support the execution of broader key goals Oversee, review and evaluate information to assess and evaluate complex client risks in order to support the placement of client risks into the market Oversee, research and evaluate market solutions in order to identify and develop optimum risk solutions for clients Develop, review and deliver bespoke client and prospect presentations to secure new, and build on existing, relationships Develop relationships at senior levels with a broad range of organizations and stakeholders in the market, in order to fully understand the industry envoroment and competitor strategy to secure optimum results for clients Manage large and complex new business placement and renewals Evaluate and oversee the design and delivery of improvements to broking and placement processes and systems Ensure strict adherence to all operational standards, both those mandated by the Mexican regulatory authorities and those established by Willis Towers Watson. This commitment guarantees the highest level of excellence and significantly mitigates any risk associated with non-compliance, which could otherwise result in severe penalties or internal sanctions following audits conducted either by the regulator or within the organization. Qualifications The Requirements Relevant academic qualification or equivalent experience Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience, with the ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations and deliveries to add value to the business Proven expertise across a variety of risk and insurance products and services. Proven expertise across a variety of sales techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English and Spanish Excellent organizational skills and understanding of inter-departmental dependencies Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and influence at the work teams and senior leadership level Excellent relationship management skills Broad commercial knowledge and a sound understanding of the business and sector Computer literacy and good working knowledge of relevant systems / computer software Familiarity with relevant functional and company-wide procedures, policies and guidelines, 100% compliant to company values and governance Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
