Field Service Technician - HPM & Ultrasound - MEX page is loaded## Field Service Technician - HPM & Ultrasound - MEXlocations: Huixquilucan de Degolladotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 573798### Job TitleField Service Technician - HPM & Ultrasound - MEX### Job DescriptionAs a field service technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of Philips Healthcare equipment, focusing particularly on **Hospital patient monitoring (HPM) and Ultrasound systems.** You will mainly work at CDMX, but you may also travel to other cities in México.**Your role:*** Perform service activities, including periodic preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault detection, upgrades and installations, in accordance with Philips quality standards.* Ensure the integrity of service reports, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.* Submit service reports, worksheets and other administrative tasks accurately and on time, including handle the signing of service reports by the customer.* Act as a liaison between Philips and customers, handling administrative and technical issues.* Use measurement tools and/or equipment (electronic and analogue) appropriately.* Identify business opportunities that contribute to customer satisfaction and better business for Philips.* Carry out tasks in the CDMX and the rest of México.**You're the right fit if:*** Academic training in biomedical/electronic/systems engineering or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as field service engineer, with experience and expertise in IT health systems for patient monitoring devices or proven experience in clinical engineering or bioengineering services in clinics and hospitals.* Ability to maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.* Service-oriented, with a methodical approach to problem solving.* Computer skills will be valued, basic knowledge of networks, HL7, HIS, server configurations, VPN and Virtual LAN management.* You’re available to travel within and outside the country. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
