Design and implement cutting‑edge BY WMS solutions that transform client operations. The Role Lead technical design of integrations with upstream/downstream systems and automation related to Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System implementations. Requirements Blue Yonder WMS Expertise: 8+ years of deep, hands‑on knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS in a client‑facing implementation role. Warehouse Experience: 10+ years mastering the complexities of supply chain, warehouse operations and warehouse management solutions. Industry Expertise: Deep grasp of WMS business requirements and data needs across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics sectors. Hybrid Functional & Technical Acumen: A blend of technical and functional skills that empower you to bridge business needs with cutting‑edge technology. Design & Configuration: Proven experience leading BY WMS technical design and configuration for integrating BY WMS to upstream/downstream systems including ERP, TMS, OMS and automation. Project Leadership: Experience leading BY WMS implementation activities including integration development, SIT, performance testing, deployment, and hyper‑care activities, following agile/scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies. Complex Solutioning: Skilled in preparing detailed BY WMS technical specifications and effort estimates for integrations. Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of relational databases, troubleshooting, programming skills spanning SQL, Java, C++, .NET or similar; ability to support and lead integration design and troubleshooting discussions across API, Web Services, Flat File, XML, etc.; proficiency with MOCA, Pagebuilder, Labels, Jasper Reports, MTF/RF, Integrator/Integration; knowledge of cloud platforms. Trusted Advisor: Exceptional client relationship and consulting skills. Leadership: Outstanding leadership in team building, supervision, communication, and mentoring. Global Communication: High proficiency in English. International Mobility: Ready and able to travel to the US. Academic Foundation: University degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering. Bonus: Blue Yonder BY WMS Functional, Implementation and Technical Certifications.
