Maintain daily communication with suppliers and traders to ensure follow‑through and service delivery. Organize and coordinate internal company events and initiatives. Lead general administrative functions that support daily office operations Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or related field 3-5 years of progressive experience in facilities management or a similar operational role, ideally in a corporate or multinational environment. Advanced English level. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to work with multiple vendors and ensure compliance across operational processes.
