This role is responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and leading teams effectively while maintaining high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage and oversee delivery across **multiple client accounts** simultaneously.* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.* Coordinate internal teams to ensure commitments, timelines, and expectations are met.* Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and proactively address issues.* Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance and engagement.* Ensure processes, documentation, and reporting are well-organized and up to date.* Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.* Promote a positive team culture and maintain a high standard of professionalism.**Required Skills & Qualifications*** 5+ years of previous experience in delivery management, service management, or account management roles.* Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.* Strong **English proficiency** (spoken and written).* Proven ability to **manage multiple accounts and priorities** effectively.* Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing deadlines.* Demonstrated experience in **people management**, including coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.* Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.* Familiarity with basic delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting.**What We Value*** Ownership and accountability* Clear and honest communication* Team collaboration and respect* Continuous improvement mindset* Client satisfaction and relationship building* #WAH #WFH #LI-Remoteor#J-18808-Ljbffr
