This role combines strong project management expertise with client‑facing leadership and relationship management. Acts as a production partner, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams while building trust, maintaining quality standards, and enabling predictable execution across integrated onshore and nearshore workstreams. Responsibilities The Senior Producer will serve as the primary Mexico‑based website production lead supporting a high-profile automotive client. This is a hybrid role combining: Creative Project Management Client‑facing leadership and relationship building Cross‑functional project management Primary liaison between internal teams and clients The role is designed to strengthen client proximity, increase face time, build trust, and ensure sustained, reliable delivery. This position executes the structure and consistency required to manage growing workflow complexity while protecting long‑term business stability and revenue. Client Leadership & Relationship Management Act as the primary day‑to‑day production contact for Mexico‑based stakeholders – reviewing requirements, overseeing execution and QA. Build and rebuild trusted relationships with brand and marketing teams. Work directly with clients, on the client’s office. Provide clear, proactive communication and daily status updates. Confidently present production plans and timelines, and status reports to senior stakeholders. Identify perception gaps and proactively address concerns before escalation. Creative Program & Production Oversight Previous experience on multiple digital channels. Ensure alignment between project management, creative content authoring and QA. Oversee production workflow from briefing to final asset delivery. Maintain quality standards and delivery predictability. Anticipate risks and remove obstacles threatening timeline, scope or quality. Partner closely with onshore and nearshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Operational Excellence Support structure, cadence and governance. Help drive prioritization across multiple sprints and projects. Track scope and deliverables. Lead status meetings and cross‑functional alignment sessions.
