PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Omni-Channel Retail Director is responsible for defining and monitoring the execution of a cohesive omni-channel strategy, driving sales performance to meet the subsidiary objectives (sell-out value, rankings, market share), ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and integration of brick & mortar with digital retail. The director will drive the retail transformation by developing talents, fostering operational excellence throughout the organization, optimizing distribution to maximize sales and profitability, and adapting to evolving consumer preferences in the prestige beauty market The position reports to the General Manager, and collaborates closely with the head of marketing, the financial controller, the human resource business partner, the head of merchandising team and the logistics team. Manages 8 direct reports (Retail Performance & Operation Manager, Retail Education Manager, Retail Managers, e-Retail coordinator) Job responsabilities RESPONSIBILITIES In this capacity, your duties will be as follows: Inspire and lead a team of more than 200 field staff and retail managers to maintain high engagement and productivity levels Assess Performance of the team (through retail indicators, product knowledge, mastery of our brands’ relational signature) Develop talents through personalized education path, one-on-one or group training sessions, regular coaching and career discussions Impulse retail career plan, control turnover rate and plan for succession Develop and monitor the implementation of the overall omnichannel retail vision, strategy and growth roadmap Integrate merchandising and assortments in Brick-and-Mortar stores and e-retail sites, together with CRM for a unified customer journey Identify retail transformation priorities according to sales and profitability goals Performance Management Define and monitor sell-out, rankings and market share targets aiming at gaining share of market in like-for-like distribution Establish and onboard retail team on relevant KPIs for the organization Challenge and approve sales and retail KPIs targets by customers, distribution channel and POS Customer Experience Monitor qualitative customer feedback such as the Customer experience survey and the Net Promoter Score aiming at improving year-by-year and scoring above industry average Provide tools, protocols and methodology that characterizes the unicity of our brands’ customer experience Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines while adapting strategies to local market dynamics, including regional variations in consumer behavior across Mexico Budget & Head Count Management Management of Head count & salaries budget, incentives & contests budget, promoters’ budget and Retail team Travel & Expenses budget Incentivized on Net Sales and Operating Profit subsidiary targets Relationship with Customers Monthly business reviews with retail and buyers’ teams to monitor performance vs targets Identify opportunities to develop sales or differentiated customer experiences Improve permanent spaces and visibility In-store and in e-retail sites Interface with cross-functional departments Human Resources Marketing Finance Logistics Profile PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Preferably 10 years of experience in retail management within luxury beauty or similar sectors Strong interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams, nurture talent and manage performance Ability to bridge social barriers and build genuine connections with large retail teams Adaptability under pressure Strategic & Analytical skills Excellent verbal and presentation skills Expertise in and passionate for luxury retail environments Ambitious, outgoing and customer-centric mindset Ability to travel to points of sale, both within and outside Mexico City, up to 50% of the time.Occasional weekend travel may be required. Native Spanish, proficiency in English, French is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and PowerBi #J-18808-Ljbffr
