About the Role Better Collective is looking for an executive leader to drive commercial strategy for the entire LATAM region. You will shape how millions of sports fans connect with the content they love by leading a high‑performing sales team, strengthening partnerships, and representing the company at key industry events. How You’ll Make an Impact - Define and Execute Strategy: Create and implement the regional sales strategy in LATAM, aligning with global business objectives and achieving ambitious revenue targets. - Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach, grow, and ensure consistent performance across all LATAM markets. - Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with publishers, media agencies, and top‑tier advertisers to maximize revenue opportunities. - Act as a Regional Leader: Represent the company at industry events and executive forums, providing senior leadership with actionable market insights. The Ideal Profile: Is This You? Experience Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue roles within publishing, media, AdTech, or digital advertising. Core Competency Deep knowledge of the LATAM media landscape and a strong network across publishers, agencies, and direct advertisers. Leadership Skills Exceptional ability to build and lead diverse, high‑performing teams across multiple countries. Communication Skills Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills, with fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus). Nice-to-Haves - Background in media agencies or publishers. - Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and the US.
