Role Responsibilities Develop strong Joint Customer Plans based on deep business knowledge. Understand the customer and shopper to get insights and transform them into actionable plans to deliver sales, profit, collection and budget targets. Responsible for the statement of account Responsible of the elaboration and follow up of credit notes. Participation in the S&OP process. Responsible of developing the customer´s strategy. Responsible of Customers P&L. Responsible of the SOM of these customers. Responsible of the customer´s inventory. Achieve sales and NSV targets by delivering the agreed annual JBP with retailer. Adapt and implement the S&OP process such as forecasting, reviews etc with supply chain as a way of working to create efficient and effective business. Management and control of budgets and investments in promotions that affect price and generate brand building and recognition. Deliver Annual Retail Channel execution / brand plan. Drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum 5+years of FMCG / Spirits / Drinks industry experiences, Spirits experience in industry preferred 5 years of experience in Retail Accounts Bachelor as a most, Master Degree optional.
