They specialize in crafting exceptional storage solutions for walk-in and reach-in closets, as well as functional spaces like garages, pantries, home offices, and laundry rooms. The client prides themselves on offering custom solutions to maximize space, boost functionality, and elevate everyday living. About the Role: The client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to manage essential office and operational support tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining workflow, managing schedules, and handling general communications to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Key Responsibilities Office Administration: Organize, sort, and process various job-related documents and information. Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate and manage project or appointment scheduling for the team. Communication: Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and emails, responding professionally and routing inquiries as necessary. Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive calendar (specifically for Scots), including scheduling meetings and appointments and ensuring timely reminders. Documentation and Review Support: Assist with the preparation of documents and compiling information for client reviews or internal reports. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a must. Experience in the construction industry/Home storage is preferred. CRM Management would be beneficial. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong English and Spanish verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in calendar and scheduling software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are very important Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or other drawing tools would be a plus, but it's not required.
