Overview Cobre is Latin America’s leading instant b2b payments platform. We are building the enterprise payments infrastructure of Latin America! Responsibilities User-Centered Design : Drive end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and final UI design, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our clients’ needs and expectations. Collaboration : Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into meaningful design solutions. Data-Informed Decisions : Use data, feedback, and research insights to refine design decisions, ensuring our platform remains both functional and user-friendly. System Thinking : Develop and maintain a scalable design system that unifies our product’s look and feel, improving the efficiency and consistency of our design solutions. Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate the team’s overall design quality and problem-solving capabilities. What you need Experience : 5+ years in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in building user-centric, high-quality digital products. Skills : Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), strong prototyping abilities, and experience with user research and testing methodologies. Domain Knowledge : Experience in fintech, finance, or payments is highly preferred, with an understanding of treasury management, payments processes, or corporate finance a strong plus. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences. Problem Solving : Ability to tackle design challenges with a strategic, problem-solving mindset that aligns with Cobre’s vision of eliminating friction in money movement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
