Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting? Do you have advanced English and can communicate fluently with international teams?We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead our Fixed Assets and Intercompany processes for LATAM operations. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, drives process standardization, and supports regional and corporate initiatives. Oversee reconciliations, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs. Lead process improvement initiatives and support automation projects. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies. Prepare strategic reports and present financial analysis to regional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in Finance roles (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany). Advanced English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, R12). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with process automation and integration projects.
