That's why we are currently looking for: Specialist Help Desk For important Bank # ; Location: Mexico City (Remote)# ; Industry: Banking / Financial Services # ; Experience: 2–3 years # ; English Level: Advanced (C1 or above)About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Experience / Help Desk Specialist. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. Follow up on incidents and escalate complex cases when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices. Meet service KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction. Requirements: ~2–3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Help Desk, or Client Support roles. ~ Previous experience in the banking or financial sector. ~ Advanced English level (written and spoken). ~ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ~ Strong sense of ownership and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. ~ Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus.
