Title:Real Estate Development Manager Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) Work Environment:Fully remote Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Development Manager to oversee a portfolio of nearly 20 retail properties. This role requires expert-level knowledge of COMMERCIAL RETAIL property management, having an understanding in accounting, QuickBooks Online, CAM reconciliation, valuations, Triple Net Leases (NNN), and Net Operating Income (NOI). This is a remote, high-autonomy position where the ideal candidate will be an all-star professional with extensive experience managing commercial retail assets. Primary Skills (Required) QuickBooks Online Commercial Retail property management CAM reconciliation Understanding of valuation Understanding of Triple Net Leases (NNN) Understanding of Net Operating Income (NOI) Lease administration Property tax knowledge Excel and reporting tools Soft Skills Proactive communication Strong self-management Exceptional attention to detail Client-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for 20+ retail properties Manage all tenant relations and maintain high client satisfaction Prepare, manage, and reconcile property budgets using QuickBooks Online Lead annual CAM reconciliation processes and documentation Coordinate lease administration, renewals, and compliance items Ensure timely and accurate property tax compliance Identify and implement efficiency improvements in property management workflows Provide consistent reporting, financial insights, and recommendations to senior management Preferred Experience Required: Multi-site retail property management experience Required: Proven CAM reconciliation expertise Required: QuickBooks Online experience handling property financials Remote, self-directed work history is strongly preferred Not considered: Candidates with only multifamily property management experience
