Mercor is hiring experienced Dermatologists licensed in Mexico on behalf of a leading global partner focused on advancing safe, evidence-based healthcare through innovative technology. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and annotate dermatological images, supporting the development of advanced AI models that accurately identify and categorize skin conditions. This is a non-clinical position — there is no direct patient care. Your work will help ensure model-generated medical outputs align with real-world clinical reasoning and dermatological standards of care. Responsibilities • Review high-resolution clinical images of skin lesions and accurately identify dermatological conditions. • Label and annotate images with key medical attributes, including lesion color, shape, and distribution. • Ensure labeling accuracy, consistency, and adherence to medical and project standards. • Provide clinical insight to improve model understanding and classification of dermatological presentations. Requirements • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with active, unrestricted medical license in Mexico. • Minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical dermatology experience (practicing or previously practiced). • Strong ability to identify and describe dermatological conditions using precise medical terminology. • English fluency required. • Prior experience with image annotation or medical education preferred.
