Functions: • On Site and Remote Support • Training of users and monitoring compliance with IT policies, processes and standards. • Provide 2nd level technical support, as well as follow up on incidents when they are escalated   • Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues, investigate and propose improvements. • Use and administration of Active Directory • Management of console and RSA devices. • Management of IT assets (Computers, Tokens, Printers, etc.) • AV rooms support Support for Apple devices Requirements: -Bachelor's degree (Systems Engineer or related) -At least 3 years of experience -knowledge of Active Directory, console and RSA devices, Apple devices and On Site and Remote Support providing 2nd level attention.
