Warehouse Manager Employer Overview A multinational manufacturer and distributor of high-quality engineering insulation materials, specializing in fire, water, and acoustic protection. The company is recognized for its innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to sustainability within the manufacturing and construction sectors. The Warehouse Manager will lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, safe material handling, and smooth coordination across supply chain functions. The role focuses on optimizing warehouse performance, managing large teams, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials. ~ Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve accuracy and productivity. ~ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. ~ Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluation. ~ Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate stock records. ~ Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. ~ Plan and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency. ~ Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. ~ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration , or a related field. ~10–15 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment . ~ Proven experience leading large warehouse teams in fast-paced operations. ~ Strong knowledge of inventory management systems , ERP/WMS software , and warehouse automation tools . ~ Familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality standards in industrial settings. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle). ~ Fluent in English ; Spanish proficiency is an advantage. ~
