The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the plant leadership team and plays a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives. This position partners closely with operations to support productivity targets, workforce planning, employee engagement, and safety initiatives.Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, contributing to the achievement of operational KPIs. Drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance culture initiatives. Lead workforce planning efforts, including forecasting labor needs and supporting organizational design. Partner with the Plant Manager and functional leaders to ensure alignment between business strategy and people strategy. Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and individual development planning. Bachelor’s degree required. ~7+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing or plant environment. ~ Experience supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. ~ Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive cultural initiatives. ~ Leadership and team management
