Senior Technical Designer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Technical Draftsman to join our Engineering team based in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support new product development by: Processing engineering changes of drawings and bills of materials using CAD software, the MRP system, and the engineering release system. Requesting prototype jobs and creating necessary documentation to process them. Performing basic analysis of geometric tolerances in the assessment of problems related to product assembly's design. Contributing with design modifications to aid on the manufacturing and quality of products. This role involves developing awareness of corporate, business unit, and department quality management system documentation, as well as CAD software capabilities, design and drafting practices, and manufacturing practices. Accountability of this position includes being accountable to Engineering Management in support of business unit growth objectives.
