BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are seeking a Sr. Validation Technician (Automation) skilled on PLC Programmer with intermediate English proficiency and 2-3 years of experience in automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Allen Bradley controllers, Siemens systems, and vision systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain PLC programs for automation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming and automation. Integrate vision systems into existing automation processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in automation. Proficiency in Allen Bradley controllers. Experience with Siemens systems and vision systems. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Intermediate English proficiency. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Medical industry experience
