Visitlearn more about us! Position: Integrations Technical Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations. Strong tech savvy in payments industry: Cross-border and Local. High level understanding of code, API and SQL and programming languages knowledge. Proven knowledge in AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or similar systems to dig in and find evidence that could lead to the client's issue or technical question. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent in Portuguese. Key Responsibilities: Tactical Onboarding Management:Provide tactical onboarding support and management, including tests, validation, and certification. Assist clients' technical teams during the integration and provide continuous updates by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, being the single source of contact for technical and business requirements. Problem-Solving Mindset:Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure alignment and adjustments as necessary. Document and report project progress to internal stakeholders with clarity and ownership. Integration Execution:Control the Time To Market (TTM) solution deliverables and project schedule within the client. Execute integration tasks by managing the Unite Acceptant Tests (UATs), creating integration tests as required according to the project complexity and keeping all parties on track ready for the next step. Tailored Product Driven Thought:Provide product-driven thought by focusing on what is feasible to be constructed for complex integrations, guiding the client from the Kick-off to Go Live and providing continuing technical support during the post-implementation, articulating the new demands inside the core teams working hand in hand with the Customer Success Manager. Monitor and Technical Support:Monitor and support integration post-launch to ensure solution performance by addressing technical complex issues and escalating to appropriate internal teams as needed.
