Strategic Planner - Materials Management

Job Overview The Planning Materials Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the correct materials planning and material flow of assigned areas. This role involves supervising a group of planners to elaborate plans following established priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, materials management, and team leadership. They will be able to communicate effectively with production teams and ensure plan execution in the correct sequence. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of planners to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Assist in auditing plans in SAP Orient users on KPIs and System Indicators as needed Generate reports of system indicators Provide training to team members Attend functional tests of the system Coordinate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8+ years' experience in planning 5 years' experience in materials management Proficient in English Language (written and spoken) 90% minimum 3 years supervisor/management experience SAP Knowledge (IM, PP, QZ, FI, OP, WM) Microsoft Office Skills Proactive and ability to interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines Availability to travel Logistics, Operations knowledge To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
