Spanish Translator

Job Responsibilities Provide consecutive and escort interpretation during local business negotiations, meetings, training sessions, and online conferences in Mexico. Perform Chinese–Spanish written translation of contracts, technical documents, manuals, marketing materials, company policies, training content, etc., ensuring accuracy, terminology consistency, and natural fluency; conduct proofreading and polishing. Assist Chinese teams in on-site communication with Mexican clients, partners, government agencies, and vendors to ensure clear and accurate information exchange. Support Chinese expatriates in daily work and life interactions in Mexico, including communication with local government offices, landlords, and service providers. Complete other tasks as assigned by the department. Qualifications Language Proficiency : Spanish: Native or C1+ Spanish Chinese: Native or HSK Level 5 (or above) . English: Fluent English is a plus. Education & Certifications : Bachelor degree in Spanish, Translation, Linguistics, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields preferred. Holding translation certifications (e.g., CATTI, Mexican Association of Translators) is a plus. Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of Chinese–Spanish translation experience; Prior work or study experience in Mexico or Latin America is strongly preferred. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, stable personality, excellent cross-cultural awareness, and team spirit.
