About the RoleThis isnota traditional proposal writer role. The position is split approximately 50/50 between: Proposal Writing: Creating compelling proposals and business content that effectively communicate our value. GenAI-Focused Work: Leading the charge on GenAI integration within our writing processes.As our GenAI Lead, you will: Use advanced prompting techniques to accelerate and enhance first draft content generation. Support writers by developing and implementing AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies designed to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
