HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to operations , leading the comprehensive management of personnel, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law , and promoting a productive, safe, and positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, employee engagement, and legal compliance. Coordinate talent acquisition processes, labor relations, internal communication, employee onboarding, and recognition programs. Design and implement wellness initiatives, cultural and sports events, and employee appreciation campaigns. Ensure full compliance with labor regulations regarding working conditions, disciplinary actions, and health & safety. Lead the annual employee engagement survey and follow up on improvement action plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Advanced English. Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law . Strategic mindset and solid experience managing HR KPIs. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
