We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Support Representative to assist with daily logistics and transportation operations. This role supports dispatchers and drivers by ensuring accurate scheduling, timely communication, and smooth coordination of loads.IMPORTANT: Candidates must have availability to do local travels (within the city/region) for in-person trainings periodically. Key Responsibilities: Support dispatch operations and load coordination Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Update shipment statuses in the system Monitor routes and resolve basic operational issues Maintain accurate documentation and records Requirements: 1–2 years of work experience Strong English (mission critical) Customer service + high attention to detail Comfortable working in dispatch/TMS systems and CRM/helpdesk platforms Logistics/dispatch experience nice to have, not required
