This role is a backfill for a team member on maternity leave, specifically focused on creating high-impact video ads and podcast clips that resonate with our core audience of Millennials and Baby Boomers.We are looking for a creative professional who doesn't just "make content," but understands the heart and soul of the nonprofit world.Role ResponsibilitiesVideo Production: Edit engaging video advertisements and social-first podcast clips optimized for Instagram (Millennials) and Facebook (Baby Boomers).Graphic Design: Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite (and occasionally Canva) to create visual assets that align with nonprofit branding.Print Design (Secondary): Provide support for print-based design projects as we scale our outreach.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of "human-in-the-loop" editing, ensuring AI tools enhance, but do not replace, authentic storytelling.RequirementsSeasoned Expert: 5+ years of experience and a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of mature audiences (Ages 32 to 65+).Nonprofit Native: Background in the nonprofit sector and an understanding of how to communicate mission-driven stories without a "corporate" filter.Technical Pro: Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.Strategically Minded: Understanding that a great ad is about more than just a clean cut; it’s about driving connection and action.NOTE: We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
