Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.ResponsibilitiesCommercial and transactional – Helping our businesses grow.Functional support – Labor & Employment, Regulatory, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Service Operations.Corporate Governance – 3M Mexico has different Entities that require management.Compliance – Advancing 3M’s Compliance & Business Conduct program: Building and maintaining a compliance culture.Subject Matter Expertise – e.g., going deeper into Competition Law or E-Commerce or other select Practice Group areas.Build the Institution – Contract Management systems, Knowledge Management, Legal Department administration.Qualifications To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:5 - 10 years of rich experience as general counsel in advising on Mexico law, including being well-versed in the latest company law developments.Experience as general counsel head of legal with a large multi-national corporation.Strong communication skills in spoken and written English (advanced level).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing solutions; excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Nice to have: Overseas education.
