Join to apply for theDatabase Admin Specialist Advisorrole atNTT DATA North AmericaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at NTT DATA North America by 2x.We are currently seeking a Database Admin Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico.Responsibilities:Provide architecture development, design, implementation, upgrading, administration, and management for Enterprise and Standard Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) databasesSupport installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server in non-production environmentsProvide strategic database recommendations for implementation of future database releasesAdhere to and implement recommended methodologies to enforce standardization and flexibility across the databasesBe capable of implementing physical data structures and automated database process programming that reach across both structured and unstructured data sourcesConfigure databases to provide a wide range of services for the ingesting, storage, access, analytics, and processing of dataConfigure and administer High Availability Solutions like Database Mirroring, Replication, Log shipping, and multi-node SQL Server clusteringImplement and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for the SAM applicationConduct capacity planning, performance testing, and tuning as neededMonitor and report database metrics for decision making purposes on the lower environmentsWhat you will bring:7 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or similar roleCritical thinker and problem solving skillsAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
