We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we are here to change the world.Purpose Driven Position Reporting to and working closely with the Global Director of Technical Services, the Technical Services Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring customer success through implementation and providing ongoing technical support throughout the customer journey for CarbonCure customers in the Mexico region.The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, project management and technical skills, along with a background in technical sales and customer service. Training will be provided on technical standards. Overall, CarbonCure is looking for someone who is fully dedicated to ensuring customer success as a fundamental aspect of their role.What you'll be doingBuild strong relationships with customer quality control and technical services teams to gain confidence in the technology and build trust in our solution.Onboarding & guiding new customers to CarbonCure’s implementation process.Coordinating all internal and external teams to allow the timely installation and integration of equipment on customer sites.Establishing & maintaining clear project plans for customer implementation, proactively monitoring and addressing risks and keeping internal and external teams aware of progress using various modes of communication (meetings, Salesforce, Jira, WhatsApp).Fostering strong relationships with local CO2 suppliers, supporting commercial negotiations, managing service level agreements and coordinating individual plant logistics.Standardized field testing for concrete on various ready-mix concrete plant sites.Provide top-notch support to quality control and technical services staff, and advise on product integration into customers’ existing operations.Data collection and entry into our internal systems for analysis.Concrete specific data analysis, visualization and management.Identify opportunities for increased use of CarbonCure's technology in customers’ daily production volume.Communicate effectively the testing requirements for CarbonCure implementation.Facilitating the timely digital integration of customer batching software with CarbonCure’s data systems and any additional customer data needs to validate environmental savings.Travel up to 50%.What you'll need to succeed3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing, technical role.Demonstrated excellence in customer support, service and relationship development.Demonstrated technical aptitude that allows one to professionally understand, develop and present technical solutions to technical end users.Fluent in both English and Spanish. Ability to speak Portuguese is considered an asset.Background in the construction, admixtures, civil engineering, cement and concrete industry is considered a strong asset.Proven project management experience involving planning, stakeholder management and proactive risk management.Experience managing third party suppliers or partners.Proactive problem solving mindset with an appetite for continuous improvement.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams efficiently.An undergraduate degree or diploma in civil engineering or civil engineering technology is considered an asset.Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.Experience with various software, including Teams, Slack, and project management platforms.Experience using a customer relationship management tool (ex: Salesforce) would be considered a strong asset.Valid passport and legal ability to travel internationally.We are changing the world.
