Sr Master Scheduler

Sr. Master Scheduler Serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the Yanfeng plant regarding production planning, including customer requirements and service parts (MOPAR). Responsible for: Analyzing and managing customer requirements to ensure fulfillment of volume and delivery targets. Identifying plant capacity constraints and monitoring variations in releases. Coordinating actions to ensure compliance with production plans. Monitoring and supporting customer evaluation systems in collaboration with Yanfeng. Analyze weekly customer demand to identify variations in volume and sales cost. Review customer releases to detect inconsistencies in part numbers or incorrect EDI transmissions. Configure new part numbers in QAD. Analyze MOPAR service part requirements, provide customers with shipment dates according to material lead times, and generate shipment schedules. Respond in Stellantis e-supplier portal to Capacity Management requests and material tickets (current, pilot, and MOPAR). Develop weekly production schedules for end items, PIA, and MOPAR, and distribute them to all plant personnel. Perform weekly reconciliation of cumulative numbers with the customer for all part numbers. Maintain daily updates in the customer portal, including RDRs, disputes, tickets, ASNs, AETCs, and DRIVE. Generate cost-saving projects to contribute to the department’s annual objectives. Review incorrect or past-due demands. Monitor variations in requirements versus plant capacities. Train and develop a backup person to support ongoing activities. Participate in problem-solving initiatives when applicable.
