Let's Solve Water.At Xylem, we are looking for a Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax regulations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a solid tax foundation, strong analytical skills, and interest in working in a global, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support tax calculations and filings in compliance with local regulations. Support direct and indirect tax processes, including income tax and VAT. Assist with tax reporting, provisions, and reconciliations. Support compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory requirements related to tax. Assist in tax audits and respond to information requests. Analyze financial data to identify tax impacts and risks. Collaborate with finance and operational teams on tax-related matters. Support tax-related processes within ERP systems (SAP preferred). Provide basic support on customs and import/export tax-related topics. What We're Looking For Experience in tax, accounting, or finance. Knowledge of tax compliance and calculations. Basic understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and financial reporting. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience or exposure to ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
