Job Overview We are seeking a talented professional to develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will analyze local consumer needs and insights to create actionable business strategies, understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing approaches. Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies based on in-depth market analysis and research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns. Identify and pursue opportunities to drive business growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. Lead the development of commercial plans and propose marketing budgets that align with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years' experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods industries. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required.
