The Site Reliability Engineer will support infrastructure observability, telemetry, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring servers and critical infrastructure components. Utilizing tools such as Splunk, ThousandEyes, and CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance. Identifying and responding to system anomalies proactively to prevent service disruption. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure. Translating technical issues and risks into understandable, actionable business impacts. Working within an Agile Delivery framework. Required Skills and Qualifications Our ideal candidate possesses: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Conversational fluency in English. Understanding of observability, telemetry, and system monitoring. Technical background in infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Service Owner.
